DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 or 80 cm / 24” or 32”) SIZE 4 mm/US 6 – or the size needed to get 21 stitches and 28 rows stockinette stitch on 10 cm / 4” in width and 10 cm / 4” in height.

DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 cm / 24”) SIZE 3.5 mm/US 4 for garter stitch – or the size needed to get 22 stitches and 45 rows garter stitch on 10 cm / 4” in width and 10 cm / 4” in height.

ACCESSORIES: approx. 66-110 cm / 4” elastic band for the waist.

This is such a cute little skirt pattern. It’s feminine, lacy, and girly. This skirt also has an interesting construction to work with. It begins by working in a spiral, rather than joined rounds. Then the lower ruffle is worked on, using joined rounds. The upper ruffle is worked separately and stitched on at the end.
